There is no right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG, instead the AGBH 2006 (General Terms and Conditions of business for the Hotel industry) apply to our house in addition to the following cancellation time limit:

Cancelations made at least 60 days in advance - no charge
Cancelations made up to 45 days before arrival - 30 % of the total price of the reservation will be charged
Cancelations made up to 30 days before arrival - 50 % of the total price of the reservation will be charged
Cancelations made up to 14 days before arrival - 70 % of the total price of the reservation will be charged
Cancelations made up to 7 days before arrival - 90 % of the total price of the reservation will be charged
Cancelations until the day of arrival or no shows - 100 % of total price of the reservation will be charded
