Your most important “tool” for a dream holiday in Pertisau for only € 72,- per person, valid for 7 days and with it you can:
Pertisau and Lake Achensee are a true hiking paradise.
Across the region, you will find a hiking network comprising 450 kilometres of signed and well-maintained trails. Choose from flat paths along the Achensee, leisurely family hikes or challenging summit tours through the Karwendel and Rofan mountains.
Our favourite tour goes to the Bärenkopf – you can reach the summit in 2 hours leaving from the mountain station of the Karwendel cable car. At the summit cross, you are rewarded with a magnificent view of Lake Achensee and the Tyrolean Inn Valley – up here, time and space are blissfully forgotten.
The Golfclub Achensee has been included in the “Leading Golf Courses” and in 1934 was one of the first courses in the whole of Austria. Our house is situated right by the second tee; the clubhouse is just a few minutes’ walk away. Golfclub Achensee is actually said to be one of the most beautiful courses in the Alps, on account of the special landscape in Pertisau.
Guests staying at the Alpenvital enjoy a 20% green fee discount.
We will, of course, be happy to reserve a start time for you at Golfclub Achensee. Simply tell us your handicap & home club – we’ll take care of the rest!
The region around Lake Achensee has a great deal to offer cycling enthusiasts – in total there are 250 kilometres of marked and also formally approved cycling routes. The range includes relaxed family tours along the lakeside road, gently climbing paths into one of the valleys of the Karwendel nature reserve and even challenging mountain bike tracks into the mountains. The markers correspond to the difficulty levels of each route, allowing you to tailor your tour to suit your individual fitness level and ability.
Little insider tip: Did you know you can take your bike up into the mountains on the Karwendel cable car free of charge? Perhaps this is just the opportunity you need to have a go at genuine mountain biking?
The Achensee region boasts 183 km of marked running tracks, most of which are also suitable for Nordic walking. Lake Achensee, the Karwendel valleys and the surrounding mountains have quite rightly made a name themselves among runners and walkers. From motivated amateurs to ardent pros, here all runners will find the perfect terrain to pursue their passion.
Providing a goal to train for are two legendary running and hiking events at Lake Achensee: the Achenseelauf and the Karwendelmarsch. Perhaps you would like to take up the challenge yourself and join in during your next holiday?
The region around the Achensee offers two particularly beautiful climbing areas for alpine climbing in the Karwendel and Rofan mountains, as well as various climbing parks and fixed-rope routes (via ferata) also suitable for beginners or families with children.
