Data Processing when using PMS Systems (Widgets)
In this regard, we mainly refer to the use of a module offered on our website to which you have given personal data on the website of our business. This may be one of the following:

In order to process your inquiry or, respectively, booking, it is necessary that the data disclosed by you are processed. Alpenvital GmbH and Casablanca Hotelsoftware GmbH, Öde 58. 6491 Schönwies (both together also referred to as “provider”) have a business relationship governed by a contract. Alpenvital GmbH obtains its hotel management software or, respectively, its booking software from the management system. The personal data disclosed by you will be transferred to the management system and to companies that are in a business relationship with the management system. The data are in particular transferred to the lessor, if necessary, also to tourism associations, registration system providers, payment providers and other companies affiliated with the management system and/or the lessor and that have to be consulted in order to fulfil the post-contractual duties. Within the framework of an inquiry or, respectively, a booking at the tourism business, you disclose relevant data for processing the same. Generally speaking, these are first and last name, e-mail address and postal address, if necessary, however, also dates of birth or other personal data. These data are only collected to the extent legally permissible and only with your consent and your active collaboration. Insofar as the consent is declared electronically within the framework of the services, the legal notification obligations are taken into account and this consent is recorded by means of suitable technical systems.
