Besides our exclusive apartments, and the delightful small spa and sauna area, the following services are also included in the price:

General information & booking conditions
Prices exclude local tax of Euro 3.00 (per person per night) from age 15
Prices include 10 % VAT
Surcharge for 3+ persons: Euro 15.00 to Euro 25.00
Final cleaning Typ Zwölferkopf up to 3 persons: Euro 80.00 per apartment
Final cleaning Typ Sonnjoch up to 2 persons: Euro 60.00 per apartment
Final cleaning Typ Seeberg up to 2 persons: Euro 50.00 per apartment
Final cleaning Typ Bärenkopf up to 2 persons: Euro 50.00 per apartment
Please note that accept pets solely with advance notification and only in limited numbers.
Please bring your own crip or blanket for your dog.
We charge Euro 20,- / day for your dog (without food).
A deposit of 30% of the total price confirms your reservation.
In the case of late arrivals or early departures, we charge 100% of the apartment price for the date booked.

Cancellation conditions:
There is no right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG, instead the AGBH 2006 (General Terms and Conditions of business for the Hotel industry) apply to our house in addition to the following cancellation time limit:
Cancelations made at least 90 days in advance - no charge
Cancelations made up to 60 days before arrival - 40 % of the total price of the reservation will be charged
Cancelations made up to 30 days before arrival - 60 % of the total price of the reservation will be charged
Cancelations made up to 14 days before arrival - 70 % of the total price of the reservation will be charged
Cancelations made up to 7 days before arrival - 90 % of the total price of the reservation will be charged
Cancelations until the day of arrival or no shows - 100 % of total price of the reservation will be charded
